WireNONE utilizes several license-free bands to provide service including 2.4Ghz ISM, 5.3Ghz U-NII, and 5.8Ghz ISM/U-NII. In the 2.4GHz band, we provide standards compliant 802.11b and 802.11g compatibility to end user laptops, pda's, etc. We utilize the 5Ghz bands for business links using standards compliant 802.11a routers. All radios features our own firmware freeing us from the limitations and lock-in of proprietary vendors.
